Responsibility

  • provide leadership and management to the Engineering team
  • be the lead for all technical advice within the company advising the Managing Director
  • quotation support with the Managing Director
  • project Management of all projects within the company
  • reporting weekly to the Managing Director project progress
  • as part of management responsibility, you must conduct 1 to 1 interviews following company guidelines for all engineering members of staff
  • ensure timely delivery of projects defined in the project review meetings
  • support in the process of delivery of timesheets/expenses to administration
