Responsibility
- assess the technical documentation requirements for Optiva products
- work with the product teams to prepare customer documentation
- prioritize, and deliver all required work on time
- ensure documentation delivered is of the highest standard
- participate in the continual review and improvement process for documentation
Requirements
- have a good understanding of DITA XML and experience using Oxygen XML Author
- have a passion for writing documentation that improves the user experience
- have experience documenting end-to-end solutions
- have experience working in an Agile development environment
- be flexible in taking on new assignments and resolving customer issues
- have a BA/BS degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or relevant professional experience
- solid technical writing experience using a range of tools
- have 6+ years’ experience documenting highly technical software for customers, developers and administrators
