Responsibility

  • ● Conducting regular checks on network and data security
  • ● Identify and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
  • ● Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation
  • ● Provide technical leadership for the business
  • ● Design and conduct staff tips and tricks sessions on best practices and efficiencies
  • ● Responsible for cyber security, pen-testing and audits
  • ● Asset Management, information security and control frameworks
  • ● Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements

  • ● Proven experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
  • ● Degree level in computer science, information technology or a similar specialism
  • ● Experience operating at manager level and working similar systems
  • ● Excellent technical knowledge, information analysis and computer systems
  • ● Hands-on Experience with networks, storage systems locally and IaaS
  • ● Working knowledge of ITIL Framework and ITSM
  • ● Experienced in IT Policy creation and lifecycle
  • ● Knowledge and understanding of data governance
