- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of project management software
- hold a UK Driving licence, with access to own vehicle

Contract type
- preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to bring in new business
- agreeing budgets and timescales with clients
- developing and presenting proposals
- assisting with quotation and estimates
- developing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
- managing construction and installation schedules and budgets and ensuring these are met
- attending site meetings to monitor progress and oversee installation
- efficiently managing any project interruptions or problems
Responsibility
- ensure all invoices are raised in a timely manner
- maintain contract records in accordance with internal procedures and client requirements
