prioritise and respond effectively to urgent machine breakdowns and perform electrical / mechanical repairs

general ad-hoc site maintenance both electrical and mechanical
plan, record and carry out, servicing of machinery as required
efficient stock control and purchasing of spare parts and consumables outsourcing to save costs
this role will be to help with the maintenance, fault finding and repair of engineering and production machinery in addition to the general maintenance of the site as required
recommend and help implement continuous improvement to ensure the care and maintenance of all production machinery and site
liaise and co-ordinate contractors as required
use initiative and innovation, and health and safety compliant with managing repairs and costs, particularly in an emergency situation to keep machines running
