Responsibility

  • the purpose of the Customer Sales & Service Advisor is to service our existing customers and provide them with the highest level of customer service
  • service all existing customers
  • providing the highest level of service to customers, dealer partners and repairers
  • increase renewal sales
  • take inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • answer any sales related queries and follow up with customers where appropriate
  • prepare renewal invitation letters and follow up once sent out
  • make outbound calls to existing customers to offer them warranty renewal
