service delivery manager
Responsibility
- responsible for the management and successful delivery of services across 2 sites in the UK
- supported by a Group IT function, compliment the Group development and systems strategy by co-ordinating the UK teams
- lead the daily stand-up calls to review current tickets and ongoing projects

- the role covers business as usual activity for all infrastructure and software applications used in the business as well as being the key UK lead for any system projects or new implementations
- ensure all BAU business critical issues are prioritised and escalated until resolved
- management of the local team which supports all local systems
- develop and lead all local systems BAU and projects roadmap
- develop and own the local systems BAU and project roadmap
- deliver business needs for key activity across infrastructure, software, corporate clients and all projects – local or Group driven
- ensuring Group IT are fully aware of all the local requirements
- key member of the following committees; Executive , Projects & Product Governance
- understand and document business needs for key activity across infrastructure, software, corporate clients and all projects - local or Group driven
- provide ongoing support for all local systems used across the 2 sites in the UK using our in-house ticketing system to manage user issues and change requests
- engage direct team via regular 121 meetings, annual appraisals with half-year reviews and identify any training or development needs. Ensure your team is updated on all business activity and engaged with business priorities
- create exceptional relationships with Group IT across security, support, development, and implementation to ensure local IT and projects meet Group and local strategies
Requirements
- experienced in business management with an IT focus
- an understanding of Software Development Lifecycles, DevOps, Risk and Control Management processes
- proven track record of developing and implementing successful business solutions
