Responsibility

  • manage the day to day running of the office
  • answer phone and direct calls or take messages
  • manage staffing and staff contracts, holiday requests, lieu days etc
  • provide a full range of administrative duties/functions to the rest of the team and when required
  • provide Support to the operational team, before, during and after they are on site
  • assist in the collation of expenses and other financial controls
  • actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted
