Responsibility

  • working closely with Assoc Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships to support trip planning and execution
  • operational support in planning, itinerary development with partners overseas, travel and accommodation booking with donors
  • ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations in relation to events and ensuring appropriate consent is acquired for guests
  • delivering excellent donor-centric events. Collaboration with the Associate Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships to ensure all activities are donor centric and in line with wider strategies

  • project management of agreed events & activities from initiation to completion including; ensuring all stakeholders are fully briefed on their roles and responsibilities and kept up to date throughout, management and delegation of event tasks and taking overall responsibility for all operational aspects of event planning, execution and follow-up, ensuring agreed plans are delivered on time and on budget through a detailed project plan
  • reporting to: Associate Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships
  • manage the marketing collateral for events and activities including invitations, imagery etc. working closely with the Communications Team to ensure coherence with brand and messaging
