- unfortunately, the way companies engage with customers facing debt problems is deeply broken
- inflation has soared to 9.0% , the cost of energy, food and other necessities have gone through the roof and interest rates have risen for the first time in decades
- as a result, we are seeing more and more individuals and families going into debt, due to circumstances out of their control
- it is an analogue, robotic, one-size-fits-all approach that does not take the individual's circumstances into consideration and is too often managed by antiquated debt collection agencies, who still use analogue and predatory tactics to engage with consumers
- deliver first-class support for our team across both hardware and software, prioritising and escalating work as needed
Requirements
- proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting and providing excellent customer service
- exceptional communication skills when engaging with the team, you'll be the bridge between tech and our team members
- experience with Mobile Device Management we use Jumpcloud
- experience with IT automation and scripting, working with Macs, securing and auditing operating system and applications which includes Cloud-based SaaS providers, we use Google Workspace, Notion and Slack
- proven experience in implementing IT Service Management frameworks to oversee service delivery, with a strong emphasis on Information Security, and IT risk and compliance
