- our client is a leading service provider serving a diverse and prestigious retail customer base across the UK and Europe
- we will consider candidates from any sector, however, experience in any service sector environment will be of particular interest
- most importantly we require a ‘down-to-earth’ engager of people who is passionate about driving continuous improvement through others
- this is a newly created permanent position, joining a team of five other Operational Excellence Practitioners / Lean Project Managers and will report to the Head of Operational Excellence
- the Lean Project Manager will benefit from significant support and Main Board sponsorship and visible ‘buy-in’ to develop a Continuous Improvement driven culture
- this opportunity will appeal to candidates still developing their careers and more experienced candidates
- still, in the early stages of their lean / operational excellence journey, the job holder will be responsible for key projects and full rollout, working closely with Stakeholders to deliver sustainable savings and benefits
- you will be based at our client’s regional head office in Surrey four days per week, with one day per week remote working
