providing high quality incident reports, understanding the root cause, and working with our technical department to ensure future issue avoidance
define project requirements, considering business priorities, customer objectives and resource requirements
supporting Customers to achieve their objectives, offering proactive support and guidance, including operational efficiencies and improvements
developing and maintaining detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and project performance
providing training and guidance where requested, or where you’ve proactively noticed an area of improvement or knowledge gaps
accountable for the successful management and delivery of multiple projects, of varying size and area of the BD department
measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques, utilising PRINCE II qualifications
consistently working towards new business development sales leads, understanding your customers, their potential for growth or changes within their countries

Requirements

experience in managing large scale accounts – having a hands on and proactive approach
PRINCE II Certification and relevant gained experience is essential
proven experience with continuous improvement and innovation to best support your customer
proven experience with managing successful projects of varying sizes, whilst meeting and exceeding deadlines
focussed on customer retention and providing an exceptional customer experience
excellent communication skills
positive and engaging attitude, sharing a passion for being people and customer focussed
highly organised with great attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
