We are professional, fast-paced, supportive, our goal is to deliver the best Mortgage and protection advice we can.We have just expanded into financial planning and pensions and need 2 brokers to join us on a self employed basis, to look after the current book and build the business with us..Our work environment includes:Modern office settingWork-from-home daysGrowth opportunitiesRelaxed atmosphereFlexible working hoursSafe work environmentOn-the-job trainingDuties:- Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goals- Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage options, interest rates, and terms- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation- Evaluate client financial information to determine eligibility for mortgage loans- Collaborate with lenders and underwriters to secure the best mortgage terms for clients- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in mortgage products- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage processExperience:- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but not required, you will need to be Ce-map qualified ideally to level 3.- Strong knowledge of basic math principles, including calculations related to interest rates, loan amounts, and monthly payments- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately review and analyze financial documents- Proficient computer skills, including experience with mortgage software and applicationsAt our company, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can grow your career as a Mortgage Advisor.
