Responsibility
- ensuring that all clients are communicated with, in line with their deliverables
- responsibility for client onboarding projects and setup
- delivery of our quarterly metronome review to manage client scope and monitor value
- constant improvement and development of existing workflows
- delegating to trainees with appropriate work to their skill level to aid deliverables
- overall responsibility and supervision of trainees work relating to your clients
- ensuring that all KPI’s and Deliverables are met in line with the required scope of work for each client
- ensuring all software and regulatory training is kept up to date
