- develop and implement franchise recruitment strategy for the UK ensuring a consistent and measurable approach to franchise recruitment
- ensure that potential Franchisees are fit and proper to operate our brand
- review and monitor advertising, enquiries, applications, sales sessions, interviews and franchise agreement signing
- effective management of the Franchising side of the internal CRMMeasure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy ensuring return on investment
- responsible for marketing the Oodles Chinese franchise business to potential new franchisees
- review and improve franchise recruitment processes
- support Operations in the review and improve franchise training processes
- manage the specified region growth schedule
