Responsibility
- preparation of regular management reports and business KPIs to strict deadlines
- maintenance of the company’s Fixed Asset Register
- preparation and reconciliation of quarterly VAT Returns
- sign cheques and authorise payments
- preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances as required
- review interface and collect missing depot data
- analysis of financial month end variances
- run sales report for Invoice Discounting requirements
Requirements
- this role would suit a credible individual used to running point – liaising with the auditors on an annual basis and preparing the year end accounts including STATBACK, Final TB as well as preparation of the Tax Pack
- this role offers an opportunity to join an established business and relocate its Northwest site and consolidate its accounts to the Northamptonshire based site
- whilst the relocation is happening the Management Accountant will be required to travel to Liverpool to oversee the transfer of Accounts for a period of 4-6 months involving 2-3 nights away per week. All hotels and expenses will be covered
