  • ensuring tour leaders are familiar with the requirements of each trip
  • efficient use and management of Guide Cockpit for tour leader placement
  • train and support tour guides in the use of the Guide Cockpit

Requirements

  • ideally already have some work experience in tourism
  • have a proactive and independent way of working
  • are flexible
  • think in business terms
  • are good with people and answer the phone for the 37th time during the high season
