- as the initial point of contact for our clients, the Customer Service Advisor will handle divorce cases using our in-house IT systems, providing professional and friendly support via phone calls, helpdesk, live chats, and email correspondence
Requirements
- A solid educational background
- proficiency in MS Office software
- ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- excellent customer service skills
