Responsibility
- to build finished products and electronic sub-assemblies to the build time set and defined standard
- to liaise with the Quality Engineer once products have been manufactured and are ready for final inspection
- to propose solutions for the improvement of build times
- to maintain the upkeep of the 5S standards in the workshops & the continual improvement of them
- additional duties as required
- to be responsible for delivering your set objectives & to report progress on the delivery of these as agreed with your supervisor
Requirements
- electronics Assembly experience
- mechanical Assembly experience
- soldering Experience
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- to work well as part of a team
- ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings & build notes
- experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV an advantage
- electronic fault finding: 3 years
