  • assisting with the TOTUM application verification process
  • actively supporting the wider OneVoice Digital team by triaging queries on new product features and benefits
  • updating data across various OneVoice Digital systems
  • assist with, conduct, and improve business customer implementation processes
  • 15. To assist other members of OneVoice Digital departments as required

Requirements

  • experience working in a customer-facing environment, ideally online or via social media
  • good written and verbal communications skills, including spelling and grammar
  • experience in understanding a brand tone of voice and applying that to written communications
  • analytical and able to identify areas to improve the CS function efficiency
  • understanding of SLAs, KPIs and basic functionalities of customer support software
  • excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation
  • receptive to training with a desire to learn
