Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • leading of warehouse colleagues including a mix of FT, interim and agency
  • support and leadership of your respective teams/direct reports to drive engagement and create a great place to work
  • coaching and developing colleagues at different levels
  • conduct quarterly 121’s, performance management and updating of KPI’s and skills matrix
  • adherence to HRM procedures including managing overtime, sickness and absence, shift management, timekeeping policy adherence
  • ensure deliveries are received in time and in full
  • ensure Orders are dispatched on time and in full
  • maintain storage by organising floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
