Responsibility
- assist your Senior Recruiter to write accurate, detailed job descriptions when requested
- arranging / booking interviews with managers and candidates
- regularly attend careers fairs to promote the brand and upcoming vacancies
- undertake screening interviews via phone / video interviews for all shortlisted candidates
- attend recruitment meetings with the Onebright Team and report issues, discuss projects, and provide detail on recruitment activities as requested
- ensure adherence to the Onebright recruitment processes including but not limited to Authority to Recruit, Talent Engagement, ATS management, Marketing Guidelines, Communication standards, Appointment of Candidates and HR Compliance standards
- deliver recruitment admin support across the full spectrum of 360 recruitment protocols in support of your Senior Recruiter including pre-screening, booking interviews with managers & candidates, maintaining records of contact and calls inside the ATS and any other administration tasks assigned to you
- write professional, creative and compelling job adverts which will maximise the response from quality candidates ensuring that it complies with all relevant legislation
