- building strong talent pool & pipeline for present & future roles by utilizing best sourcing strategy
- engaging with candidate & building strong relationship. Ability to present open roles to potential candidates
- also present candidate to the client for present & future roles
- ability to support at every stage of recruitment lifecycle
- adhere to follow the TA process & meet the strict deadlines
Requirements
- good experience in Talent Acquisition
- IT Recruitment experience for UK/ European markets
- high level of attention to detail
- must have social media skill
- effective Negotiation Skills
- good Oral & Written communication
- good Team player
- effective time management abilities
