ONE WORLD GLOBAL TRADE MANAGEMENT is looking for employees for positions:

training manager

Responsibility

  • lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster professional growth and development
  • ownership of the One World GTM support and training functions
  • define, implement and manage the operational procedures, KPIs and tooling for the Training & Support functions
  • ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, inquiries, and requests in line with One World GTM SLAs
  • work collaboratively with other departments to address and resolve complex technical issues
  • implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • develop comprehensive training programs for customers, including onboarding, product training, and certification
  • oversee the creation of training materials, documentation, and online resources to support customer training initiatives

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
  • use and administration of e-Learning technologies
  • conception of support processes, tooling and reporting
  • designing and implementing successful training and enablement programmes including remote learning
  • supply chain or Logistics experience
  • familiarity with supply chain management software
  • experience working in a startup environment
  • 5+ years proven experience in customer support and training management, in the software industry
