Responsibility

  • to control access to building and other areas from 10.30pm to 7.30am
  • respond to guest issues as needed and appropriate
  • check guests in when required completing the necessary checks and paperwork
  • monitor the Hotel CCTV cameras reporting and reacting to relevant issues
  • be presentable at all times, attending to guests requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • take responsibility for the bar and stock security during the night shift, serving drinks to guests if required
  • patrol all areas on foot to guard against theft, vandalism and fire
  • ensure safe evacuation of the venue in the event of fire
