Responsibility
- to control access to building and other areas from 10.30pm to 7.30am
- respond to guest issues as needed and appropriate
- check guests in when required completing the necessary checks and paperwork
- monitor the Hotel CCTV cameras reporting and reacting to relevant issues
- be presentable at all times, attending to guests requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- take responsibility for the bar and stock security during the night shift, serving drinks to guests if required
- patrol all areas on foot to guard against theft, vandalism and fire
- ensure safe evacuation of the venue in the event of fire
