Responsibility
- develop social media strategies and set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and sales
- take a data-led approach to decisions, providing in-depth understanding of day to day performance across all social platforms
- implement and manage organic and paid campaigns across platforms
- write or create engaging copy and multimedia content
- manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- manage all internal and external social media channels
- educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
- using knowledge and insights of the customer journey on social work with other members of the team to provide insightful data and actionable campaign suggestions to support other channels
Requirements
- B2B and B2C experience
- A strong understanding of brand strategy
- knowledge of current digital marketing landscape, particularly around content marketing and social media
- understanding of delivering to brand guidelines
- excellent can do attitude and team player
- attention to detail
- the ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced environment
