develop social media strategies and set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and sales
take a data-led approach to decisions, providing in-depth understanding of day to day performance across all social platforms
implement and manage organic and paid campaigns across platforms
write or create engaging copy and multimedia content
manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
manage all internal and external social media channels
educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
using knowledge and insights of the customer journey on social work with other members of the team to provide insightful data and actionable campaign suggestions to support other channels
Requirements
B2B and B2C experience
A strong understanding of brand strategy
knowledge of current digital marketing landscape, particularly around content marketing and social media
understanding of delivering to brand guidelines
excellent can do attitude and team player
attention to detail
the ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced environment
A passion for health content and health education
