- proven experience gained in customer service, Aviation, Ground Handling or similar industry
- ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
- good working knowledge of Aviation
- ability to work as part of a team
- good communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written
- excellent customer-focused service experience
- ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and manage workload to deliver to tight deadlines
Responsibility
- monitor housekeeping to ensure all areas are kept clean and furniture is serviceable
- responsible for the day-to-day management of the Passenger Service Department’s shift teams
- to complete any related tasks allocated by the SODMs and Passenger Services Manager
- maintain a safe and secure working environment, whilst delivering an operation to the highest standards of safety, customer service, regularity and consistency
- ensure company uniform and grooming standards are being adhered to at all times
