Responsibility
- estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Apprentice with One Care IT, an IT company based in Uxbridge
- customer facing role
- you will work alongside experienced colleagues, going to see clients and assist them with IT related issues
- you will learn to provide technical support over the phone, remote access, onsite visits and suggest other products and services
- the job involves things such as
- configuration & maintenance of PC’s, server and other IT related equipment
- ensuring software and hardware is kept up to date and is reliable and appropriate
- maintaining and control itinerary of client’s hardware
