Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • current locations include Birmingham and Solihull
  • the applicant must be willing to travel as part of their role, in line with our Organisational growth potential
  • liaise with CQC to ensure seamless business operation
  • ensure all aspects of compliance are met within our Organisation
  • deliver compliant care across all partner relationships
  • liaise with the Operations Manager for day to day smooth running of the service
  • manage daily business operations
  • to support with recruitment and retention

Requirements

  • full UK driving license
  • flexible approach to working hours
  • commitment to keeping informed of ongoing changes within the sector
  • minimum L5 Qualification in Leadership & Management
  • excellent knowledge of CQC regulations & requirements
  • enhanced DBS and satisfactory references, in line with safe recruitment processes
  • health and/or Social Care work: 3 years
  • home care: 3 years
