Responsibility
- contributing to the overall smooth running and well-being of the organisation
- playing an active role in driving customer service with an emphasis on service improvement and process
- planning time and resources to ensure that demand is met and exceptional customer service is provided
- answering to emails and customer queries and delivering reports in a professional manner
- keeping the inbox organised and clutter-free
- scheduling Zoom and Google invites and managing the team's weekly agenda
- monitoring overall performance, ensuring service key performance indicators are met, and driving improvement
- supporting the Customer Experience and Media Manager and Technical team in their daily tasks
Requirements
- relevant BA or MA diploma or equivalent
- genuine interest in climate change, climate change mitigation, voluntary climate action. Some knowledge on the field would be greatly appreciated
- able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- exceptional communication and writing skills
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
