Responsibility

  • we are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to provide first line technical support to our customers
  • the ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering support tickets, and providing solutions to technical problems
  • this position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience with installing and troubleshooting network devices
  • 1-3 years experience as a Linux power user and diagnostician
  • 1-3 years of Windows administration or helpdesk experience
  • demonstrated problem isolation and diagnostic skills
  • good oral and written communication skills
