Responsibility
- supporting on-time performance, operational delivery and efficiency following the values and culture of One Air
- optimising crew training plan to balance operational resilience and timely delivery of qualified crew
- managing third party suppliers and internal stakeholders to produce the monthly crew roster and its integration to the day of operation
- managing fatigue reports and providing analysis to improve roster quality and lifestyle enhancement through continuous improvement
- monitoring and planning of crew qualification expiries and required interventions
- manage Crew travel, hotel and transport requirements via third party travel supplier
- supporting the Operations Duty Managers on a day to day basis and covering where required
- excellent communications with all external and internal stakeholders connected to our operations to ensure effective operational delivery
Requirements
- excellent and a very comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations with respect to Flight Time Limitations and Fatigue Risk Management
- previous experience with a good knowledge and familiarity with aviation management systems
- must have had at least three years relevant work experience
- previous experience of Day-to-Day Crewing, Pre-ops or Rostering functions
- excellent interpersonal and all-round communication skills with the ability to problem solve under pressure
- excellent team and customer focus skills
- knowledge of the LEON flight software system preferable
- experience in using the PPS flight planning system preferable
