- liaise with clients to determine resource requirements
- produce resource forecasting reports to assist OTT in estimating resource needs
- manage conflicts arising from staff assignations to work orders
- work as part of a team and to ensure that all employees are always supported and provided with relevant assistance
- ensure compliance with OTT Fatigue Management Protocol
- develop, coordinate, and enforce OTT systems, policies, procedures, and company standards
- prepare reports and attend, when requested or required, meetings with the OTT management team, the customer, and any other agency, always acting as a responsible representative of OTT
Requirements
- good IT Skills
- ability to work to deadlines
- good written and verbal communication skills
- ability to make decisions on operational matters in degraded conditions in a timely and safe manner
- effective leadership skills and track record in safety-critical, high risk transport environment
- previous experience in the Railway/Haulage industry
