Responsibility

  • the main role of the post-holder will be to work on pilot and research programmes
  • we are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and skilled Clinical Research Lead to join an early-stage health tech start-up On The Mend, based in London
  • this is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic healthcare professional graduate , ideally with a background in musculoskeletal or related research, to develop their research career
  • working across several clinical and community settings, you will be part of a development team of clinicians, academics and entrepreneurs involved with pilot projects and research aimed at generating evidence to demonstrate clinical impact of our proposition and technology at a patient, clinician and system-wide level
  • joining an early-stage start-up, you will have the opportunity to shape the research agenda and lead on a number of pathbreaking studies in the field of physical rehabilitation, initially in orthopaedics with the possibility to expand to all clinical areas
  • after recently winning Innovate UK grant funding, as well as being backed by a prestigious accelerator and angel investors, we are now looking for someone who is ambitious and excited to help shape the future of a health tech start-up, is comfortable with ambiguity and remote working
