- experience in setting/operating CNC 5 axis machines using Siemens Celos 840D, Heidenhain or FANUC controls
- experience using 5 axis machines - Fanuc experience is beneficial
- this is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - overtime widely available

Responsibility
- create, load, examine, and modify CNC programmes
- set up and clean down per day
- set up tools and load materials onto the machines
- operate and monitor the CNC machines to ensure components are produced to the required specifications
- carry out routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required
- ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- liaise with other members of the team to ensure production targets are met
