  • experience in setting/operating CNC 5 axis machines using Siemens Celos 840D, Heidenhain or FANUC controls
  • experience using 5 axis machines - Fanuc experience is beneficial
  • this is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - overtime widely available

Responsibility

  • create, load, examine, and modify CNC programmes
  • set up and clean down per day
  • set up tools and load materials onto the machines
  • operate and monitor the CNC machines to ensure components are produced to the required specifications
  • carry out routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required
  • ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
  • liaise with other members of the team to ensure production targets are met
