- to be fully conversant and knowledgeable of applicable client systems
- work directly to the Team Leader
- search, locate, research and process domestic/foreign language data according to client policies and workflow schedule as directed by team management to agreed deadlines
Requirements
- proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy whilst working with large volumes of data
- ability to prioritise workloads
- experience working to service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- ability to work as part of a driven team
- experience of logging and tracking requests for data from external third parties
- experience in creating training documentation
- experience of mentoring colleagues
