Working hours

Responsibility
- assist the sales team in preparing and sending sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
- coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- respond to customer enquiries and provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates
- collaborate with sales, support and finance to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- generate reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics, as required
- follow up with customers to gather feedback and reviews, address concerns, and provide after-sales support
- assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- GCSE’s or equivalent; a BA degree in business or a related field is preferred
- proven experience in a sales support or customer service role
- excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales support tools
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles
