- skillfully deescalate situations when the resident experiences trauma
- organise and accompany the resident to the gym and football matches
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience working with individuals with trauma is essential
- ability to handle verbal aggression calmly and professionally
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic
- demonstrate patience, empathy, and a compassionate nature towards the resident
- capable of problem-solving and navigating challenges effectively
- genuine interest in providing support to others
- proficient in writing care plans, risk assessments, and daily reports
- working with people with autism: 1 year
