Show more +6 - the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of the Omnicell portfolio, including pharmacy automation solutions, software, and consumables to retail pharmacies within the defined territory
- although this is predominately a a sales role, a key requirement is for you to understand pharmacy and their challenges and pain points, as well as have an appreciation of the end-to-end pharmacy processes/workflow, in order to design creative solutions using Omnicell suite of automation solutions to deliver measurable outcomes; such as freeing up staff time, enhanced patient safety, improved operational efficiency, ability to deliver more clinical services to increase revenue, profitability and deliver growth
- you will need to be able to build, nurture and develop long term client relationships to support the wider long term business plan and support our multi-platform sales approach
- there is often a long lead time in the sales process, and you need to be a dedicated, driven person that is prepared to put in the groundwork and steer a sale from initial interest through to design and scoping, trials, the tender process, implementation, and ongoing account management
