Requirements

  • windows 10/11 high level
  • A-level in IT or equivalent
  • networking
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent
  • internal PC component setup and installation
  • linux
  • will require a Full UK driving license and use of own car to travel to customers sites around London and the Kent area

Responsibility

  • monitoring hardware and software issues across our network of sites
  • installation of IoT sensors and other hardware at customer sites
  • provide technical support to cutomers
  • conduct basic maintenance
  • create user accounts and manage access privileges
  • maintain inventory of hardware and software components
