Responsibility

  • ensure all support requests are taken care of in a timely manner
  • work closely with your technology colleagues to ensure all technologies are setup and organised for installations
  • creation of recap and installation reports
  • you need to have a flexible non-9-5 mentality and be aware that there are nights that need to be worked when we do in-store launches. These can be at any location, in the UK and Europe so travel will likely be involved

Requirements

  • have a history or clear passion for working in the technology field, installing screens and other hardware
  • forklift license
  • A solid knowledge of electrical and current testing methods
  • IT skills capability allowing you to set up pc’s. install software and OS
  • IT skills for networking and patching cables and setup of routers etc
  • health and safety license/knowledge
  • be fastidious and a good problem solver, with a can-do attitude
  • IPAF License 3a/3b
