Responsibility
assist in the creation and delivery of a compliance programme ensuring that compliance with relevant policies are maintained
assist with completing file audits of cases across various business departments
assist with reviewing and updating compliance and company Policies & Procedures
respond to inbound compliance and general queries
help to promote a risk awareness culture within the business
assist with Staff training requirements. Not necessarily content but admin portal, progress tracking and reporting for example
help prepare for, and working through follow up feedback, from Insurer audits and regular Insurer monitoring reviews
assist with setup of new Sub Brokers Agencies and amendments to existing agencies on various systems and updating departments as well as annual due diligence checks
Requirements
strong Administration skills
good writing skills
excellent ability to work accurately and showing attention to detail
ability to research and investigate
assemble, evaluate and analyse information to inform sound judgements
able to produce management information and analyse statistics
ability to manage workload, multi-task and work to tight deadlines
open and personable with good communication skills
