Responsibility

  • liaise with reception to ensure smooth patient communications and transfer of records
  • ensure computer/written records are accurately maintained and securely stored
  • arranging couriers and postage
  • ensure adequate stocks of materials and other items within the surgery
  • meeting and Greet patients
  • assisting the Dentists and Practice Manager with all clinical aspects of the surgery, maintaining compliance standards throughout
  • taking payments
  • keeping the reception, waiting room area and bathroom tidy
