- to provide an analysis of current policies and procedures and make recommendations to improve
- to work alongside the current leadership team to lead expansion across the area
- to take a lead role in the opening of new homes, including education
- to provide operational leadership to our residential homes, ensuring a quality service is provided for each child, tailored to individual needs
- to ensure a commitment from all the team to improve and innovate the service
- to keep fully abreast and up to date with the sector and complete complimentary research on legislation and guidance documents
- to take a lead role in referral planning and working with home managers when impact risk assessing, decision making regarding the care package being offered to the individual, and ensuring that the care package is adhered to by the management and team of the host home
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- to provide management and leadership to Registered Managers
- at least 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- to be responsible for all regulatory standards within each home
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- to facilitate joint working and the best outcomes for children by ensuring open and clear lines of communication
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
