- oversee the day to day operation of the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, organisation and safety
- develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and accurate handling of stock
- work closely with the head roaster to ensure the roasting and ordering schedule are in sync

- track and manage inventory levels and conduct monthly stock takes

- enforce safety regulations and maintain a hazard free warehouse. Ensure all staff in the roastery are trained appropriately
