Responsibility

  • we're looking for a Head Chef for our exciting new members club at Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell
  • the position is open to experienced and talented professionals with a passion for food and understanding how to manage a kitchen
  • the successful candidate will supervise the kitchen team, create new menu items and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and clients
  • there will also be a range of small client events so experience in catering will be beneficial
  • shift pattern is Monday to Friday daytimes until 5pm
  • the role will involve
  • developing and executing seasonal menus that showcase your culinary expertise
  • overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and quality to ensure consistently outstanding dishes
