work along side nursery manager taking on job roles which may include any of the following fire safety, SENCo and Safeguarding

Requirements
minimum of 3 years of experience working in a childcare setting, with a focus on early years education
A relevant qualification of Level 3 or higher in Early Years
strong understanding of child development principles and knowledge of age-appropriate activities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with children, parents, and staff
demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
first Aid and CPR certification
