- high volume output of high quality food, averaging between 1,500 - 1,800 covers a week

- we are looking for an experienced sous chef to join our fabulous kitchen team of 8 chefs here at The Old Gate. Working alongside our group of senior chefs to help maintain and improve our high standards of food, preparation and cooking
- sous Chef position available
- four and a half day rota, with 3 nights off a week. Free meals on shift and employee discount on all products
