Responsibility
- we also fully train and support our staff
- our emphasis is on "Reablement" and ensuring people maintain their independence for as long as they are able to do so
- most of the people we provide care for live in Redditch and close surrounding areas
- we have the opportunity for you to work evenings or weekends and the hours are flexible
- training takes places at our own Training, Resource & Wellbeing Centre and you will be supported in achieving your care certificate and NVQ/Diploma Qualifications
- you will also be paid an additional mileage/travel allowance
- all staff are allocated their own personal Mentor to help you adjust to your new role
- all staff are paid at the same rate "Regardless of Your Age"
