Responsibility

  • we go for daily walks around the farm and woodland, encouraging as much outside play as possible
  • the Old Dairy Farm Nursery are looking for an inspirational leader to job share with our current Deputy Nursery Manager while our Nursery Manager is on long term leave
  • we will soon be expanding so this is an exciting time to join ODFN, with lots of opportunities ahead
  • this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced deputy manager to share the responsibilities of the Nursery Manager role, and join our friendly team
  • you will need to be forward thinking, have lots of drive and passion, lead up to 20 staff ensuring a high-quality service and a high level of childcare and education is provided
  • you will need to be able to work as part of a team working with children from 3 months – 5 years
  • you will be highly motivated, a positive influence on the children and the team, pro-active, reliable and must have the ability to use your own initiative
