- assist in managing the day to day operations including; Distribution, Queries, Planning, Customer Service along with general administrative duties
- liaising with customer suppliers ref orders coming in – requesting delivery dates and details
- offering support and guidance within the transport network
- communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
